About Workforce Management

At Malabar Resources, our first priority in the workplace is the health and safety of our people; we will never compromise on safety in the pursuit of our goals.

To underscore and strengthen these safety commitments, contractors working for Malabar Resources must register and maintain their compliance in an online Workforce Management system.

The system is managed on behalf of Malabar Resources by Avetta.

HOW DOES THE SYSTEM WORK?

Contractor workers will be registered by their employer in the Malabar Resources Workforce Management system.

The process is completed in steps an online portal:

  1. Create a business account in the Workforce Management system
  2. Create profiles for your employees who work for Malabar Resources.
  3. Select the role/s they perform for MALABAR RESOURCES on a specific project or site
  4. Upload their qualifications and competencies (licences, tickets)
  5. Book online inductions which they complete before attending site

This information is verified by safety specialists. Compliant and inducted workers are issued with access ID cards linked to their online profile – their passport to access Malabar Resources sites and projects.

How To Register

Please follow the steps below to register your workers as contractors for Malabar Resources.

We suggest you read through the instructions before you get started, and allow yourself time to source and upload the information needed. A nominated administrator from your business will be required to complete the steps below for each worker who needs Workforce Management.

LET’S GET STARTED

Step 1 > Create your account

Click the button above to go to the system and create an account. Already have an account? Select Back to Login to login.

> Start by selecting the country your business operates in, and then search for your Business Number

> Enter contact details, including email and business address, and phone number

> Select Request Registration to have the business registration verified and be emailed login details

The next steps are to add your workers to ensure their compliance.

Step 2 > Login to add your workers

Start by selecting Manage Roles and then Add New Employee. From here, enter and save their personal contact details, address, phone and email.

Step 3 > Pay for worker registration, induction, and access card

Pay for worker registration and order their ID cards to work for Malabar Resources. Worker registration costs $50 + GST per person annually for the management of roles, verification of documents, and supply of card.

Step 4 > Select sites and roles

Select Work Roles > Add Site and select a project site to associate your worker to.
Select All Roles > Add new role. Choose from the work roles available on site. You may also select a trade or task role. Choose from the roles available on site

Step 5 > Upload documents and book inductions

Your role selections will determine the competency documents (e.g. licences, tickets) you’ll upload in the system to prove your worker’s qualifications to perform the chosen role/s. You will also book online inductions which are required to access site. The worker will be sent a link and login details.

Documents validation and applies roles

The documents you’ve uploaded during registration will be validated. You’ll be emailed if any information needs correcting or updating. Upon document approval and induction completion, the roles will be applied to your workers in the system and their access ID cards issued.

It’s important that you keep all details up to date to continue working for Malabar Resources. You’ll be emailed if any worker’s documents are expiring in the system so you can update them.

Adding and Removing a Cardholder (print and scan)

Complete and return this form if you have a new worker who is already registered to a different company in the system, and you need them added to your company. Workers can be removed from your company by an administrator directly in the system. How much does registration cost?
